New Patients

When you register as a new patient you will be registered with the Practice as a non limited partnership. We will offer you a named GP partner on registration, and you will be offered the GP of your choice whenever possible.

All new patients when registering with the Practice will be advised of their ‘named GP’.

The GP we are currently registering new patients with will be displayed at the front reception desk, you may also ask for this information at reception when visiting the Practice.

Please note if you do not live within our catchment area and still submit a registration form, this will not be processed.

If you are registering a child aged under 5 years old, please complete the Health Visitor Registration form, which you can download here and return it to the surgery.

Once we have received your forms please allow up to ten working days to process your registration.

We encourage our patients, where possible, to try to see one or two regular GPs for any ongoing medical condition to maintain continuity. This need not be the GP with whom you are registered.
